About David.

David is our most seasoned construction team member that has the overall responsibility to ensure each project is managed successfully and completed on time. He is also responsible for the timely submission of updated Project Schedules, submittals, and weekly meeting agendas. Other duties include, but are not limited to, review of project performance including scope, budget, schedule, costs, submittals, payment applications, shop drawings, field construction, and safety. Obtain all necessary permits and licenses. Prepare cost estimates and track financial status of project. Organize and facilitate project steering / operate committee meetings. Evaluate project using foresight and good judgement to solve unforeseen issues.
