About Jerry.

Jerry Garcia has been involved in the commercial construction industry for 39 years. He has over 28 years of experience in the construction management, 4 years in the project management field, and 7 years as partner/principal, as director of  Construction Administration.  Jerry understands the high value of high-quality construction documents and has learned well how to effectively communicate and provide information related to projects in a timely manner. He has reviewed hundreds of construction documents and experientially learned what works from the owners, architects, and contractors’ point of view. His experience covers public and private sector such as Public Schools, Banks, Restaurants, Hotels, Medical, and Federal Government Facilities. Jerry is very meticulous and diligent in regard to construction, and as the acting V.P. of Operations for NM Contracting, he will work closely with the design team to ensure a successful timely completion of the contracted construction projects.
