This is a 10,574 sq. ft. facility that provides the North McAllen area with the emergency services needed for the expanding Tres Lagos and surrounding community. It will serve as the city's northernmost firefighting hub. Facility consists of dual bays and houses up to 6 firefighters. Kitchen, dining room, day room, and dispatching areas. In house gym for active personnel, and dorms and restrooms tailored for female firefighters - the first station in McAllen with these features.
