About Noel.
As President of Construction with over 35 years of experience, Noel serves as a project executive leading large construction project and maintaining effective relationships with owners. Additionally, he’s actively involved in project procurement and estimating. Noel has been an AGC member since 1999 and served a two-year term as Board President from 2019-2021. He’s a U.S. Air Force veteran and native Texan with deep roots in the Rio Grande Valley.
Professional Experience
Project portfolio consists of warehouses, schools, financial institutions, restaurants, healthcare facilities, government agency buildings, and privately-owned commercial business structures. Managed construction projects of up to $40 million.
